On 21 st June 2024, around 25 nursing students from Chuka University visited Njaina Secondary School to conduct valuable health education sessions. The students led two separate talks: one focused on mental health and drug and substance use for the boys, and another on menstrual health and hygiene for the girls. The girls’ session addressed important topics such as menstrual cycles, irregularities, and safe hygiene practices, providing thorough and empathetic guidance to ensure students received the most beneficial information.
